About Sehba
For over two decades, I have worked with individuals navigating trauma, loss and life’s most significant transitions.
My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible. While therapy should feel supportive, it should also create movement. I am engaged in the process with my clients, helping them gain insight, identify patterns, and take meaningful steps toward the life that they want to create.
In addition to extensive trauma training, I have advanced training in body-based approaches and sex therapy. Because our experiences are carried in both the mind and body, I often integrate these approaches to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, build awareness and create lasting change.
I work best with clients that are curious, motivated, and committed to growth. Many of my clients have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, and pushing forward through life’s challenges. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves and move through life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.
My goal is to provide a thoughtful, engaged, and deeply human therapeutic experience that helps you move forward with purpose.
